Hi thanks, to ask me for clarification. I didn’t want to say, that there is a planned conspiracy of our leaders and governments to make us stupid, so they can manipulate us better. You are right it is an overgeneralization, but on the other hand, consumerism sells itself better if consumers are weak, confused and frustrated, out of that some people can economical profit.

So it is in there interested, if people are confused, frustrated and weak.

Almost nobody in my school said, we should question the system and authorities, my parents neither said that, they just wanted me to follow the rules and the system, and to accept what they had to say.

Nobody cared really, what kind of human I would be as an adult, of course that is my view, but I don’t think there so much big difference to nowadays.

There is or was a German singer, I don’t know his name, one of his songs goes this way, people taught him everything, from math to biology, but nobody taught him how to live.

Philosophy was never in any way taught and is probably not today. It is all about knowledge. For J. Krishnamurti it was violence to score pupils, we praise the good ones and scold the bad ones, the bad ones may put more energy in there studies then the good ones, but there reason to fail may just lay in the fact that they are not so intelligent, smart or good in remembering things. One of the first step to create unhappy, frustrated people. It is not really planned, but not many people care if the lives of our kids are influenced through that. It is not a conspiracy, but the outcome is sometimes devastating. Kids maybe put through that on a bad rail.

For Krishnamurti comparison was violence, hope I could clarify that. CU

Karma is a burning rosette, because of too much Sambal Oelek. I like topics about meditation, zen, psychology, politics and art. Special interest Krishnamurti.
